G4techTV Canada hires Consumer Impact Marketing
Specialty channel G4techTV Canada has hired Consumer Impact Marketing of Toronto to conduct a national promotional tour. The agency won the assignment in a competition that included and unknown number of contenders. The initiative will make use of a branded motorhome containing various electronic consumer products that consumers can sample or win. The vehicle will visit a number of fairs, festivals and technology events. “It's a great opportunity to connect gamers and geeks and profile cool tech in a completely immersive manner, integrating it on the road, online and through our programming,” said Andrea Gagliardi, director of public relations and consumer marketing at Rogers Media Television. “We felt CIM were experts in not only understanding our brand, but also have a solid history in bringing network programming to life experientially.” G4techTV Canada is co-owned by Comcast and Rogers Media.
