Ferrero Canada releases new Tic Tac ad
Candy maker Ferrero Canada has prepared a new 15-second television commercial for its Tic Tac brand. The ad, which is part of an ongoing four-year campaign, introduces two new flavours called Bold Fruit and Bold Mint. The creative features the same “Tic Tac girl” spokescharacter as previous entries in the campaign. In the ad, she stands in front of a sequin-covered backdrop in a 60s-style leather jumpsuit, holding packages of the new flavours in her hands. The ad ends with the tagline, “It’s not just a mint. It’s a Tic Tac.” The ad, which was created by GWP Brand Engineering of Toronto, will break nationally in English and French this week.
