Kia Canada breaks design campaign

Kia Canada of Mississauga has begun a new campaign promoting the automaker's focus on design. The campaign, developed by Innocean Worldwide Canada, consists of five television commercials as well as online advertising. The online component ran on on Feb. 3. The creative took the form of an interactive masthead ad that attempted to depict the world as seen by a Kia designer. The television ads will support the launch of a number of new vehicles in Canada and will roll-out over the next several weeks. "We're inspired by Kia's commitment to design and we wanted to help bring that creative process to life to give Canadians an experiential understanding of how Kia is transforming its vehicles through its world-class styling, safety and technologies," said Gerald Schoenhoff, executive creative director at Innocean. "It's an honour to work with Kia and celebrate its design story with this platform, and we are confident it will reposition the Kia brand in the hearts and minds of Canadians."
