InterContinental Hotels Group has retained Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Toronto as its agency of record for corporate and brand public relations in Canada. The company owns and operates the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotel chains. The assignment includes corporate reputation management and consumer-brand public relations nationally, along with supporting digital communications. "We chose H&K based on its strategic thinking, creative problem solving and thought-leadership," said Jo Allan, director of brand marketing for InterContinental Hotels Group Canada.
