Bosch begins national campaign

BSH Canada Home Appliances has begun a national campaign for its Bosch product line. The campaign, developed by Bob's Your Uncle of Toronto, is intended to introduce the redesigned line of cooking, ventilation and refrigeration appliances. Called "Nothing like a Bosch," the effort focuses on the European background and modern design of the products. It will include magazine, newspaper and digital advertising, as well as a Facebook contest. The winner of the contest will receive a set of Bosch appliances. The agency has also developed an application for mobile devices that provides designers, architects and decorators with the specifications required to include the products in their designs.

"Consumers know and love Bosch dishwashers," said Bob Froese, CEO of Bob's Your Uncle. "The campaign challenge was to extend their love to Bosch’s wider range of appliances. [The copy] 'Nothing cleans, refrigerates, broils, grills, bakes, ventilates like a Bosch' does that in a simple, highly visual fashion."
