Operation Springboard rebrands as Springboard

Toronto-based non-profit organization Operation Springboard has rebranded itself as Springboard. The organization focuses on community justice, employment counselling and training, and associated services for the developmentally disabled. The new branding was developed by Stephen Thomas of Toronto. It includes a new logo and website at <http://www.springboardservices.ca>, as well as the tagline, "Connect. Inspire. Achieve."  According to the agency, the new brand is intended to better reflect the breadth of Springboard's mandate and to more consistently present itself to the public.

"We went through an intensive collaborative brand discovery process with Springboard to really internalize what was true about how they deliver their services," said Bryan Tenenhouse, chief creative officer at Stephen Thomas. "We were able to generate consensus around a central truth that Springboard puts people at the centre of everything they do, including staff, volunteers, students and, of course, the clients they serve on a daily basis."
