Will Creative opens in Vancouver

A new agency called Will Creative has launched in Vancouver. It was founded by Nick Richards, previously vice-president and creative director at Cossette, and Ute Preusse, previously vice-president of strategic planning at Cossette. The firm will focus on creative brand development and strategy. The agency's staff also include Jenn Hicks in the position of senior creative. She has previously worked at St. Bernadine, Cossette and The&Partnership. Nicola Poskitt, also formerly of Cossette, has joined the agency as an account manager and planner.

"Being founders we can build an agency around the principle of partnership and ultimately ownership," said Richards. "We aim to attract and foster teams and individuals who are keen to continually dig deep to find the right creative solutions for their clients' brands. Having skin in the game fuels behaviour focused on client success. Unsurprisingly, clients tend to like that."

The agency's first clients include Nature's Path Foods, the Vancouver Art Gallery, the Squamish Valley Music Festival, Ostara and Hootsuite.
