New editor-in-chief at Chatelaine
Rogers Media of Toronto has appointed Lianne George to the position of editor-in-chief of Chatelaine magazine. She joined the publication in 2014 as editorial director. George first worked for Rogers in 2004 as an associate editor at Maclean's, where she was later a senior editor. In 2009, she became deputy editor of Canadian Business. She was also deputy editor and later editor of Toronto weekly publication The Grid. George has also worked for Saturday Night, Elle Canada and the National Post.
