North Strategic debuts new service with Ten Thousand Coffees

Toronto-based public relations agency North Strategic has begun a joint initiative called North Navigate with business networking company Ten Thousand Coffees. The service will allow marketers to conduct one-to-one or one-to-many market research with Millennial-aged consumers, either in-person or online. The service is primarily intended to allow marketers to get feedback on existing or potential products. It will also allow marketers and Millennial-aged participants to collaborate on product development, according to the companies.

"Connections are the new currency," said Mia Pearson, co-founder of North Strategic. "North Navigate is disrupting the tactics brands use to understand their target Millennial communities by empowering our clients to utilize the power of conversation to make meaningful connections, ultimately leading to smarter creative campaigns that are rooted in the insights of this growing demographic."
