New president, executive creative director at The&Partnership

The&Partnership of Toronto has appointed Christopher Andrews to the position of president. He will lead the company's Canadian operations and its offices in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Andrews was most recently executive vice-president of Leo Burnett in Chicago, where he headed the Coca-Cola account. Prior to that, he was managing director of Taxi Amsterdam. Andrews has also been an account director at Taxi Toronto and Taxi 2.

Ron Smrczek has joined the agency as executive creative director. He has spent the last three years as executive creative director of Zulu Alpha Kilo. Prior to that, he was creative director of Commonwealth and executive creative director of Taxi Europe. Smrczek has also been creative director of Taxi Canada and an art director at Taxi Canada and Axmith Mcintyre Wicht.
