Nabob begins Save the Pumpkins campaign
Kraft Heinz Canada will begin a promotion for its Nabob Coffee brand today, timed to coincide with International Coffee Day. The promotion, called "Save the Pumpkins," is an extention of the brand's ongoing "Respect the Bean" campaign, which takes as its creative theme an appreciation for a simple cup of coffee without elaborate extras. The campaign was developed by Taxi of Toronto. The effort launches with installations in Toronto and Vancouver intended to protest the use of pumpkin spice flavouring in coffee. The national campaign will include a 60-second video pre-roll ad, supported by social media activities, public relations and a t-shirt design contest.
