AutoTrader sends more work to Co-op

Trader Corporation of Toronto has retained Co-op, also based in Toronto, as its public relations agency of record. The assignment consolidates Trader's marketing communications with Co-op, which has been handling the publisher's consumer advertising since January 2015. The new assignment includes consumer public relations for the company's AutoTrader.ca and AutoHebdo.net properties. The agency will work to raise awareness of the properties and increase traffic to the sites.

"We continue to be impressed by Co-op's creative, flexible approach, which allows us to use resources efficiently while leveraging the knowledge and experience of talented category experts," said Ian MacDonald, director of marketing at Trader Corporation. "Our expanded integration with Co-op on the PR front will deepen our successful partnership and serves to reinforce and accelerate the effectiveness of our communications."
