Caplansky's Deli retains Launchpad

Toronto restaurant Caplansky's Deli has hired Launchpad, also based in Toronto, to develop a digital and franchise launch communications program. The work will support the company's efforts to introduce a national franchise development plan. The assignment includes digital communications, digital public relations and franchise communications, as well as creative development.

"We have spent a fair bit of time looking for an agency that is the right fit," said Zane Caplansky, owner of Caplansky's Deli. "We were looking for a shop that is not only willing to field top talent to work with me but at the same time one that has a practical understanding of fast casual franchising.  More importantly we wanted a partner who knows how to navigate the moving target of reputation management in digital and social media."
