Environics Analytics buys Boire Filler Group

Environics Analytics has acquired the Boire Filler Group, a Toronto-based company specializing in marketing analytics, data management and related services. Boire Filler's operation will be integrated into those of Environics Analytics, allowing the company to expand its data cleansing, integration, modeling and management services. As part of the acquisition agreement, ten Boire Filler staff, comprising data analysts and client managers, will join Environics Analytics. Boire Filler's clients include the Hudson Bay Company, Nestle, CAA and Whirlpool.
