Sonnet Insurance signs Blue Jays sponsorship
The recently-launched Sonnet Insurance Company has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Toronto Blue Jays to become the official insurance sponsor of the baseball team and the Jays Care Foundation. The agreement includes signage behind home plate at Rogers Centre in Toronto, and another in left field. The brand will also sponsor the venue's Roof Report and the Jays Care Community Clubhouse. The company is planning additional sponsorship activities through the baseball season.
"We're huge fans of the Blue Jays here at Sonnet, and knew there was no better way to launch a brand partnership than with Canada's only Major League Baseball team," said John Rocco, vice-president of marketing at Sonnet. "We know the Blue Jays share our values about giving back to the community and providing best-in-class fan experiences."
