Alibi Branded introduces vertical video service

Toronto-based content marketing agency Alibi Branded, a division of Alibi Entertainment, has launched a new service specializing in branded mobile videos. The service will focus on five- to 10-second videos formated for viewing on devices being held vertically. The service is aimed primarily at media companies, publishers and ad buyers.

"The smartphone, how we use it, how we orient it in our hands and how we incorporate productivity, it's all vertical," said Maureen Norman, director of sales and marketing at Alibi Branded. "It's not an either or, not horizontal versus vertical. It's just the right approach for this form factor. We are confident that producing content in vertical video mode will be a much better experience for both advertisers and mobile users."
