Boom Marketing gains new business

Toronto-based experiential agency Boom Marketing has recently gained two accounts. Corby Spirit & Wine has retained the firm to handle its retail account. Boom won the account in an agency review. The firm has handled the account for the last three years.

"We are very excited and pleased to have Boom Marketing manage our retail business," said Ryan McCue, director of trade marketing at Corby. "In a very competitive and highly regulated industry, the execution, training and account management that Boom delivers is critical to the growth of our portfolio of brands. Although we put the business up for review, Boom made it clear that they were best suited to manage our retail business."

Sofina Foods recently hired Boom to conduct an experiential promotion as part of the 2016 Taste of Little Italy festival in Toronto earlier this month.

"Boom was able to take our vision and make it a reality," said Yvonne Chan-Caguiat, Italian deli brand manager at Sofina Foods. "The work they did on behalf of our Mastro and San Daniele brands exceeded any and all expectations we had."
