Brunico buys Marketing magazine

Toronto-based Brunico Communications has acquired Marketing magazine from Rogers Media. The deal also includes the publication's online edition and its various annual conferences and events. Brunico has also acquired database services CARDOnline and the National List of Advertisers. Brunico is the publisher of marketing industry trade magazine Strategy.

"We have long enjoyed a friendly rivalry between Strategy and Marketing that has benefited the industry through a competitive focus on evolving content and programs to better serve the audience," said Russell Goldstein, president and CEO of Brunico.
