Republic hired to promote book series

Toronto-based Republic has been retained by author Teresa Cascioli to promote a series of children's books on the subject of financial literacy called "M is for Money." The nine-book collection includes titles such as The Little Piggybank, The Little Lemonade Stand, A Little Loan for Benji, Under the Couch We Found Money, Counting Comes First and Giving is Great. The assignment includes marketing and sales services intended to expand distribution of the books and secure corporate sponsorships.

"I am excited to work with Republic as we continue to spread the important message that financial literacy is a fundamental life skill as important as reading and writing," said Cascioli. "I have first-hand experience with the strategic thinking of the Republic senior leadership and this, combined with the agency's focus on business results, makes Republic the perfect partner to expand the distribution of 'M is for Money' books."
