Blue Ant Media signs representation deal with Oboxmedia

Blue Ant Media of Toronto has signed an advertising sales representation agreement with Oboxmedia of Montreal. Blue Ant will now represent and manage advertising sales for Oboxmedia's collection of online properties. These include online video game service Roblox and the Angry Birds games from Rovio Entertainment. Blue Ant will also represent Oboxmedia's French inventory in English Canada, including the publications, HollywoodPQ, Ton Petit Look, Trois fois par jour, Le Cahier and Pratico-Pratiques, among others. According to the company, these properties attract approximately 13 million unique monthly visitors.

"Our strategic alliance with Oboxmedia bolsters Blue Ant Media's position as a major player in the digital media space," said Jamie Schouela, executive vice-president for Canadian networks at Blue Ant. "The deal significantly increases our reach with highly engaged millennials and gives us a strong foothold in Quebec for brands looking to engage in the French-language market."
