Citizen Relations acquires Black Chalk Marketing

Citizen Relations has acquired Toronto-based experiential agency Black Chalk Marketing. Black Chalk founder Kevin Wagman will join Citizen as experiential managing director. The staff of the agency has also joined the Toronto office of Citizen Relations. Black Chalk's clients include Microsoft, Spotify, Ferrero and Warner. Bros Entertainment, among others. Its services include promotional and sponsorship marketing, trade show design and management, youth marketing activities, retail activities, concert and entertainment production, conferences, and content creation.

"We realized there was a lot of synergy between our two entrepreneurial organizations from our very first discussion," said Daryl McCullough, CEO of Citizen Relations. "Kevin and his team bring a great deal of innovative experiential capability that we are eager to demonstrate with our clients across North America."
