Alert Ready hires Tag

Emergency alert system Alert Ready has retained Tag of Toronto as its advertising agency. Alert Ready is a national system funded by Pelmorex Media which notifies Canadians of potentially life threatening events. Tag won the account in a multi-agency review process. The firm will develop a campaign intended to raise awareness of the warning system. The campaign encourages consumer to "stop, listen and respond" when they hear the sound of an alert. The initiative will depict scenarios in which Alert Ready has a positive impact on people's lives. It will launch this month and will consist of television, radio and digital advertising.
