The promotion also includes new packaging, a website at <> and a social media contest component. The initiative will run through the summer. KFC is a subsidiary of Yum Brands.

"K'ehFC has proudly embraced its Canadian roots for 62 years, from our iconic red and white style to our friendly, neighbourly presence from coast-to-coast," said Stephen Scarrow, senior marketing manager for advertising and media at KFC Canada. "We want customers to feel the same strong appreciation for Canada that we have since 1955."
