Dean to depart KBS Canada
Nick Dean will depart the positions of president and chief executive officer of Toronto-based KBS Canada on Dec. 31. According to the agency, he will assume a client-side position in a non-competitive sector. The company has begun a search for a replacement. In the interim, day-to-day operations will be overseen by Toronto managing director Lorri McDonald and Montreal general manager Pierre-Luc Paiement, while national creative activities will be handled by chief creative officer Matt Hassell.
"As we begin this new chapter, we look forward to welcoming a new team lead who will continue to modernize our client's brands," said Guy Hayward, global CEO of KBS. "On behalf of the KBS team, we thank Nick for his years of dedication and leadership, helping Canada become a key pillar of our global network."
