Ethnicity adds two
Toronto-based Ethnicity Multicultural Marketing & Advertising has appointed Edward Der to the position of head of research and insights. He was most recently manager of client insights, national sales and marketing at KPMG Canada. Der has also held research positions at Delvinia, Fresh Intelligence, Statistics Canada, Purolator and Ipsos ASI.
Mercedes Findlay has joined the agency as a public relations specialist. She previously operated her won media and PR consulting firm. Prior to that, she held a series of media and brand positions at Bell Media.
