MYM Nutraceuticals begins awareness campaign

Vancouver-based medicinal cannabis products company MYM Nutraceuticals has begun a new awareness campaign called "It all unfolds this summer." The effort is intended to increase public awareness of topics related to the proposed legalization of recreational cannabis. It will run for six months, beginning in Quebec and expanding nationally. The campaign consists of billboard and online advertising, as well as a website at <http://www.cannafacts.ca>. The site provides information on subjects including job creation, economic concerns, health risks and production quality. The campaign was developed by Signals of Vancouver.

"Canadians have a lot of questions regarding the impending legalization of recreational cannabis," said Rob Gietl, CEO of MYM. "There is a lot of confusion about how legalization will impact our families and our communities. Our goal is to create a forum for the country to discuss issues that matter to them, to help clear the air surrounding legalization. The website will encourage users to ask questions and express their concerns. Based on this feedback, MYM will create a newsletter that will continue the conversation using fact-based discussion and expert opinion."
