Astral converts two billboards to digital

Out-of-home media company Astral has converted two large-format billboards in Toronto into digital displays. The displays, which measure 56- by 28-feet, are located along the Gardiner Expressway near Exhibition Place. According to the company, they are the largest highway digital billboards in Canada. The upgrade is part of a larger effort by Astral to convert existing static boards into digital displays. Astral is a division of Bell Media.

"The possibilities with these new digital boards are endless," said Karine Moses, president of Astral. "We are accelerating the transition to digital and are excited to offer this new inventory to advertisers."
