Lindt begins Make a Difference campaign

Toronto-based chocolate company Lindt Canada has begun a national campaign called "Make a Difference." The campaign, now in its third year, is intended to recognize individuals who contribute to their local communities. The initiative will run until May 31. Until then, consumers can visit <http://www.lindtmakeadifference.ca> to submit personal stories about making a difference. Submissions can also be made via Facebook or Twitter. The grand prize winner will receive $5,000, while a secondary winner will receive a year's worth of chocolate.

As part of the campaign, Lindt has signed an agreement to become the presenting sponsor of the 2018 Investors Group Stars on Ice Canadian tour. The company will donate one dollar for each contest entry to local skating organizations.
