Venus Concept launches ad agency

Toronto-based medical technology company Venus Concept has launched a new advertising agency called 2two5. According to the company, the agency will exclusively service clients that use Venus Concept devices. The name references the 225 days it takes the planet Venus to orbit the sun. Its services will include search engine marketing, social media advertising and related activities. The agency has signed agreements with Yelp and Doctor.com to provide advertising support.

"Eighty percent of aesthetic doctors I talk to complain about some aspect of marketing costs, efficacy, exaggerated results or other undesirable behavior," said Domenic Serafino, Chairman and CEO of Venus Concept. "Given Venus Concept's industry-first and subscription-based business model, it was natural to launch an ad agency that aligns the interests of Venus and its customers. Offering customers better marketing results, a better rate, and a lot more transparency."
