Videotron conducts Ottawa campaign
Telecommunications provider Videotron has begun a marketing campaign in the Ottawa area intended to increase consumer awareness of the brand in that market. The campaign depicts the company as an alternative to a consumer's current mobile carrier. The creative focuses on the company's customer service and the national scale of its LTE coverage, as well as its family discount package. The campaign includes billboards, online ads, radio commercials and sponsorship activities. It will run through the summer. Videotron is a subsidiary of Quebecor Media.
"We want to energize this market by offering innovative services, attractive plans and the best customer experience anywhere," said Bertrand Hébert, chief marketing officer at Videotron. "Like our entry into the Quebec mobile market, our presence in Ottawa creates another option for consumers looking for mobile services that meet their needs."
