Nordstrom begins Anniversary Sale campaign

Fashion retailer Nordstrom has begun a marketing campaign in Canada and the US promoting its annual Anniversary Sale, which will take place from July 20 to Aug. 5. The creative features four comedians: Liza Koshy, Daniel Levy, Phoebe Robinson and Hannah Simone. The photographic and video campaign will run on <>, as well as on social media and in the company's catalog. Additional components include digital, print, out-of-home and radio advertising, as well as branded shopping bags, store windows and in-store displays. Consumers can also enter a draw for a $500 Nordstrom gift card by submitting a photo or video via social media.

"Fashion is about having fun and we think we've captured that with this campaign," said Scott Meden, chief marketing officer at Nordstrom. "We believe in the power of personal style and in making customers feel good. We hope customers enjoy the energy and wit our stylish comedian cast bring to the campaign."
