Quebecor debuts Radar Audiences service
Quebecor of Montreal has launched a new advertising service called Radar Audiences. The national audience segmentation service makes use of third-party data to aim campaigns at selected audiences based on past physical movements. These campaigns will be delivered primarily via Quebecor’s mobile applications.
“By selecting users based on their movement patterns, our geotargeting service delivers more relevant and effective campaigns,” said Jean Péladeau, general manager of data and advertising performance at Quebecor. “This solution from Quebecor ID is another way to reach the right person at the right time. For example, an advertiser could target users who have visited a retailer in the past, or who shop there regularly, or users with lifestyle-linked movements, such as frequenting a gym or a university, in order to offer them a comparable or complementary product or service.”
