Satov Consultants buys Torque Customer Strategy
Toronto-based management consulting firm Satov Consultants has acquired Torque Customer Strategy, a market consulting firm also based in Toronto. Torque specialized in issues related to market share, customer attitudes, branding and product introduction. Its client list includes Research in Motion, Rogers, Cisco, Royal LePage and Genworth Financial Canada. Company founder Mark Healy will become a partner in Satov and will continue to lead the Torque business unit. "Market opportunity assessment and segmentation is a large and growing part of our business," said Mark Satov, founder of Satov Consultants. "We've known and respected Torque for many years and the team's experience is an outstanding fit with our offering. We will continue to explore ways to acquire capabilities in key areas."
