Sony continues Get Your Ears Ready campaign
Sony Canada has released a new television commercial as part of its ongoing "Get Your Ears Ready" campaign in support of its new line of Sony Hi-Res audio products. The campaign, developed by DDB Canada of Toronto, began in August. The new 30-second commercial, called "Ear Crunches," depicts a man exercising his ears to prepare for the products. It will run online, on music television channels and in theatres nationally until January. The campaign also includes search marketing, digital ads and social media activities.
"It's difficult to demonstrate audio quality on television," said Paul Wallace, executive creative director of DDB Toronto. "To compel music lovers to get to a store and experience Sony Hi-Res audio for themselves, we cast captivating characters with interesting facial expressions to draw viewers in and pique their curiosity."
