Ketchum adds two

Ketchum Public Relations Canada of Toronto has hired Jarrad Blythe as a senior digital strategist. He was most recently social brand manager at Rogers Communications, where he had also been a social media intelligence specialist. Blythe has also been a social media specialist at McDonald's Canada and a senior account executive at Fleishman-Hillard.

Laura Tulley has joined the agency as a senior account executive.  She was mostly recently a senior consultant at Hill&Knowlton Strategies. Prior to that, she was an associate at National Public Relations.
