Elemental debuts content marketing division

Toronto-based advertising agency Elemental has launched a new division called Original that will focus on content marketing. According to the company, the unit will integrate the services of a production studio with those of an ad agency. Its services will include the creation of scripted and non-scripted original digital series, short film production, event videography, animated graphics and social media content.

"We want to help brands unlock the full potential of a well-thought out content marketing program," said Dustin Brown, managing director of Original. "The new consumer wants to connect with brands, and they expect the brands to connect with them. Through strategic and meaningful storytelling, we create programs that bridge that relationship between our clients and their audiences. We want our clients to see beyond viral and move towards building solid bonds with their customers."
