Rivet adds five

Toronto-based Rivet has appointed Ian Mackenzie to the position of executive creative director. He most recently held the same post at KBS Toronto. Mackenzie has also worked at Tribal DDB, Grip and The Room.

Kim Farwell has joined the agency as senior vice president of strategy. She was most recently marketing director at The Nationwide Group. Prior to that, she was a director and managing consultant at Couch & Associates. Farwell has also worked at Inmark, American Express, McCann Erickson, Ogilvy & Mather and Bensimon Byrne.

Jacob Ciesielski has recently joined the firm as vice-president of data and technology. He was previously vice-president of CRM data technology at Marketing Democracy and managing partner of Enverta.

Vicki Waschkowski has been hired as a vice-president and group account director. She previously held a similar position at The Marketing Store. She has also been a group account director at Henderson Bas Kohn and MacLaren MRM.

Krystle Mullin has been hired as an associate creative director. She has previously worked as a copywriter at FCB Toronto, BBDO and Doug and Serge.
