Toyota Canada redesigns website

Automaker Toyota Canada has redesigned its website at <>. According to the company, the new design is intended to be more user-friendly for users of mobile or desktop browsers, including the launch of a mobile version of the site's "Build & Price" function. The site also offers a new "Dealer Chat" service that provides real-time customer assistance and an icon on each page that will locate nearby dealerships. The site also makes use of a new look and feel, as well as a new layout intended to be more intuitive.

"We understand the value of our consumers having access to key information when making purchase decisions at exactly the time they need it," said Cyril Dimitris, vice-president of sales and marketing at Toyota Canada. "New and improved functionalities on the redesigned enhance the user experience across all devices, including mobile and tablet platforms, allowing Toyota to engage with our consumers well before they arrive at the dealership."
