Sephora Canada hires National

Cosmetics retail chain Sephora Canada has retained National Public Relations as its PR agency of record. The assignment includes work in English- and French-speaking Canada. The agency will develop a communications strategy for the brand and its products encompassing media and influencer relations. According to the firm, the intent of these initiatives will be "teaching and inspiring Canadians to play in a world of beauty."

"We are honoured to be on the Sephora team," said Shannon Davidson, vice-president and marketing practice lead at National. "We share their dedication to engaging Canadians with creative and inspiring ideas and great service, and look forward to continuing to build connections between their brand and their clients."

Sephora is a subsidiary of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton. It operates approximately 430 stores in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, as well as 600 installations inside JCPenney stores.
