Intact Insurance breaks You Matter campaign

Intact Insurance of Toronto has begun a new brand campaign called "You Matter." The initiative is intended to highlight the "diversity and uniqueness" of its customers. The campaign includes a 60-second television commercial called "Murray" which focuses on a single customer and places the company in a supporting role, according to the company. The campaign, which is running in English Canada, was developed by Cossette with media work by PHD.

"The 'You Matter' campaign is rooted in the belief that what customers really want is to feel valued, respected and to be treated like real people, not as a number," said Robin Monniere, vice-president of brand development and customer experience at Intact Insurance. "At Intact, we live by our customer-driven values. At the end of the day, what we have to do is to listen to our customers, understand them, make it easy for them to do business with us and go beyond their expectations."
