Volkswagen conducts museum promotion for Arteon
Volkswagen Canada has begun a promotion for its new Arteon sedan. The initiative consists of an installation at the new Museum of Contemporary Art in Toronto. The outdoor art exhibit is intended to present the vehicle as progressive, forward-thinking and luxurious. The exhibit was designed by multimedia artist Scott Froschauer. It debuted at the grand opening of the museum on Sept. 21 and will remain in place for a limited time.
"The Arteon represents a bold reimagination of the Volkswagen brand," said Lynne Piette, director of marketing and communications at Volkswagen Canada. "It's a true work of art. As the Arteon makes its debut in Canada, it will challenge traditional perceptions of the Volkswagen brand, and redefine what smart luxury is all about. With this installation created by Scott Froschauer, we honour the craft from which the Arteon draws its namesake, art in all its many forms that is timeless."
