Hollywood Suite readies VR zombie promotion
Toronto-based specialty television company Hollywood Suite is preparing a virtual reality promotion called “Night of the Living Dead VR.” The initiative is in support of documentary about the 1968 horror film of the same name, which will air in March 2020. It includes a virtual reality recreation of the farm at which the movie takes place and a zombie attack. The VR presentation will debut at the Blood In The Snow Horror Film Fest on Nov. 26. It will then be available online. The presentation was developed by Pyramid Attack.
“We are taking audiences directly into the black-and-white rural Pennsylvania farmhouse and zombie apocalypse George A. Romero created in his classic film,” said David Kines, president of Hollywood Suite. “We have built a completely interactive 360-degree experience as well as a fascinating companion documentary due out early 2020.”
