The effort includes an event during which the holiday lights on University Ave. outside the hospital will be replaced with a 20-foot replica of a holiday sweater worn by actor Ryan Reynolds, formed of 5,000 LED lights. The campaign will run until Dec. 25. Donations by individuals at <http://www.sickkidsfoundation.com/sweaterlove> will be matched by Samsung Canada. Reynolds has been participating in this sweater-based promotion for the past three years. The initiative this year includes an online video feauring Reynolds and Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
