Engine Media buys Sideqik
Toronto-based Engine Media Holdings, a company specializing in competitive video game events, has acquired Sideqik of Atlanta, a firm specializing in influencer marketing. According to Engine Media, the acquisition will enhance its data and media capabilities, as well as its social media presence. Sideqik will be integrated with Stream Hatchet, a division of Engine Media, to offer audience measurement, media assessment and brand agreements with gamers and influencers.
